At D.N. Brothers, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right promptly.

Eligibility

You can request a return or refund within 7 business days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product does not match the description on our website
  • You received the wrong item

Important Note: The following items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:

  • Paper, sketchbooks, and loose sheets
  • Canvas boards and stretched canvas
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Opened DIY kits (unless defective)

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please provide the following information:

  • Order ID/Number
  • Delivery address
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
  • Clear photographs showing the issue from multiple angles

Return Pickup & Inspection

  • Once your return request is approved, reverse pickup will be arranged within 3–4 business days
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and securely packed for transit
  • Please include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Our quality team will inspect the returned item upon receipt
  • You will be notified about approval or rejection within 2–3 business days of inspection

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Your bank, UPI provider, or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit in your account
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will collect your bank account or UPI details, and the refund will follow the same timeframe

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please request a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging appears tampered with or severely damaged. If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us immediately with photographic evidence and an unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Paints, mediums, and varnishes (unless defective or damaged)
  • Brushes (once removed from packaging)
  • Adhesives and resins

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
