Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes across India

  • COD orders may have a maximum order value limit

Payment Confirmation

  • You will receive a payment confirmation via email and SMS immediately after successful payment
  • If payment fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5–7 business days

  • Local Levies: Any local levies such as octroi, entry tax, or custom duty (if applicable) will be charged to the customer's account
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment
  • COD Charges: Cash on Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown separately at checkout

Promotional Offers & Discounts

  • Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to terms and conditions
  • Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

  • Discount codes are valid only during the specified promotional period

Price Match Policy

We do not currently offer a price match guarantee. However, we continuously strive to offer competitive pricing on all our art supplies.

Invoicing

  • A GST invoice will be included with every order
  • You will also receive a digital copy of the invoice via email
  • For any invoice-related queries or corrections, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Failed Transactions

If your payment fails or is declined:

  • Check with your bank or card issuer for the reason
  • Ensure you have sufficient balance and that your card is enabled for online transactions
  • If the amount was debited but the order was not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days
  • Contact us if the refund is not received within this timeframe

Currency

All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). We currently accept payments in INR only.
